How do I place an order?
Online
Placing an order online at Blue Crush Jewelry is simple.  To place an order online, click on the item you wish to purchase.  Enter quantity and click on the “Add to Cart” and it will place the item in the shopping cart.  When you have selected all the items you wish to order, Click on the “Checkout button.

Where is my order?
We ship our items via UPS. We make every effort t to ship orders within 24 hours.  Sometimes it may take as long as 38-48 hours.  When you place an order with Blue Crush Jewelry, your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as it becomes available.  If you need help, please email us your order number and questions to info@bluecrushjewelry.com

How can I make changes to my order?
Send an email to info@bluecrushjewelry.com.   We will determine whether the order has shipped.  If it hasn’t, we will make any necessary changes.  If your order has already shipped from our warehouse, please see our Refund Policy or Exchange Policy.

I need to speak with someone about my order.
Send an email to info@bluecrushjewelry.com with your questions. We will respond promptly and address your concerns.

My item is damaged.  What do I do?
You have 3 days from delivery receipt to report damaged shipments.  Send us and email to info@bluecrushjewelry.com 

What payment methods do you accept?
At this time we choose to only accept PayPal.  PayPal is very safe and secure. All major credit cards are accepted. For security purpose, your credit card name and address needs to be the same for shipping.  Click here to learn more about PayPal Security.

Are all your items in stock?
While we exercise every effort to guarantee our site reflects our most up to date inventory, there are times when we sell out of certain items.  If a product you have order is out of stock, we will notify you via email.  Your order total and shipping confirmation will reflect these changes.

Blue Crush Jewelry  only ships in the USA.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order with your tracking number.  You can only track your orders on www.ups.com.  If you need help, please email us your Order Number and question to info@bluecrushjewelry.com 

When will my order arrive?
Please allow 1-2 days for order processing. Ground shipping usually takes 3-5 days.  Delivery may increase if your order in being shipped to a rural address, Alaska, Hawaii or during holiday seasons.

Reference the charts below to determine which shipping option is best for you. 

Notes: All USPS shipping occurs Monday – Friday.

• Rates and times to Hawaii and Alaska can be higher.
• Rates can be higher on orders over 2 pounds. In these cases, we will contact you.

• The customer must provide a verifiable address. USPS Next Day orders will be processed and shipped the following day of the order guaranteed.
• Tracking information is available with USPS.

Shipping Policies and Rules

Please expect a 24-hour order processing period on all orders except USPS Next Day.
If an order is on back-order and is part of a larger order, we will ship the other items in the order immediately. Once the item on back-order is in stock, you will be notified and we will ship the back-order item Parcel Post at no extra charge.
If your order consists of all back-order items, we will notify you.
Free Ground Shipping applies to all orders over $100.00 before tax.  If you will be unavailable to sign for your order, please notify the mail carrier of any special instructions.
