Return Exchange



 

Returns and Exchanges
We stand behind every product we sell.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request and exchange or return.  There is a 15% restocking fee.  No exchanges or refunds will be granted for “On Sale” items.  Purchase of “On Sale” items are final.

  1. Email us within 3 business days after delivery date at customerservice@bluecrushjewelry.com and request an exchange or return.  Please provide your order number with your email. It is located on your invoice.  All exchanges or refunds must receive a Return Authorization number (RAN) by email from Blue Crush Jewelry.  Items without a RAN will be sent back with not refund or exchange.
  2. After receiving the RAN, send us all the tags, bags, and a copy of the invoice. Write the RAN number on the invoice and send it along with the merchandise.
  3. Take the package to the nearest UPS or Post Office.  The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees toward returning the product.  We request that any package returned to us be shipped via insured and/or traceable mail or obtain a tracking number/delivery confirmation from the carrier.  We are not responsible for loss of damaged items for return packages.
  4. As soon as we receive your merchandise, we will thoroughly inspect it for damages and no signs of use.  Upon receipt and examination of the product, the original purchase price will be credited to the customer minus the shipping and handling fees paid for the original sending of the product.  Your exchange or refund (minus shipping cost) will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

All items for exchange or refund must be received within 14 days after delivery date.  If the item s returned aged the 14 days the item is sent back to the customer.  We will evaluate the merchandise to make sure it has not been worn or used.  Items for exchange/return must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.  We do not issue refunds if the customer alters the jewelry.

What is your Refund Policy?
For refunds, a customer may return any accessory within 15 days of the shipping date for a full refund if the product is in the original condition and packaging.  We do not issue refunds if the customer alters the jewelry.
The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees towards returning the product.  Upon receipt and examination of the product, the original purchase price will be credited to the customer minus the shipping and handling fees paid for the original sending of the product. You must email us first for a return authorization number.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- We will only credit for defective merchandise within 5 business days from date of arrival.
Please following these instructions
1) Email us to report your claims, with order number & item number.
2) Send us the return or exchange items in the original packaging, with a copy of the invoice.
3) Original freight fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all return freight.
3) If items are out of stock, the credit will be issued upon receipt & company approval.
3) We do not apply credit back to your credit card.
- All Sales are FINAL. There will be no exchanges or credit on merchandise that is not defective.
